Lease Administration Analyst - Level 2

Position Summary

• As a Lease Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms.
• Must Have Skills:
• Need to have been in a lease admin role previously to understand depth of requirements and what the job duties are
• Basic accounts payable
• Salesforce experience everything is done through Salesforce so need to have familiarity- understanding what it does- please highlight on resume
• Need to be able to work remotely
• Nice to have skills:
• Any costar or MRI or Cernix would be nice to have or any lease admin database
• Critical thinker
• Typical working day:
• Handle all the clients lease administration
• Handle amendments, finances, invoices, rent payment, process in workflow system Salesforce
• Receiving invoices, notices, questions about square footage, addresses, dates. Understanding everything from inception of lease
• Software skills:
• Salesforce, Lease admin database, PDF, MS office suite
