We are partnering with a leading global financial firm to identify an experienced Investment Operations Analyst. This role supports complex investment portfolios and financial operations, with a focus on daily account activity, operational risk, process improvement, and collaboration across teams.

Investment Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational activities and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and timely results.
• Monitor account metrics, research exceptions, and escalate and resolve operational issues as needed.
• Support investment operations including fund launches, liquidity planning, credit facilities, payments, and related activities.
• Respond to inquiries by understanding needs, prioritizing requests, and providing accurate solutions.
• Follow policies, procedures, and controls while supporting operational and risk-management activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve efficiency.
• Proactively identify potential operational risks and work with partners to resolve issues.

• Qualities of the Ideal Investment Operations Analyst Candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Previous Operations and/or Financial Services experience
• Advanced or highly proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
• Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and able to build consensus
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with risk management and controls
