Investment Analyst / Associate – M&A
We are working with a global investment firm looking to hire an Analyst/Associate with 3–5 years of sell-side M&A investment banking experience.
The firm invests across public and private markets and takes a fundamental, research-driven approach to identifying investment opportunities.
Ideal background:
3–5 years of investment banking experience
Currently on the sell side
Strong M&A execution experience
Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
Experience analyzing companies and complex transactions
Any sector background considered except healthcare
Not looking for ECM, DCM, Capital Markets or Sales & Trading profiles
This would suit an M&A banker looking to transition to the buy side and apply their transaction and analytical skill set within an investment-focused environment.
