Hybrid in the Milwaukee area | Three days onsite

NOTE: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

This could be an excellent next step if you have become the “systems person” on your accounting team and want to build a career in financial systems. You do not need to be a programmer, technical Oracle administrator, or experienced systems consultant.

You will work alongside an experienced financial systems leader, and you’ll learn how to connect the needs of Finance/Accounting with the technical teams supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.

• What You’ll Do
• Help Finance users investigate and resolve system, process, and reporting questions.
• Learn how accounting needs are translated into system requirements and solutions.
• Support testing, quarterly updates, documentation, and user training.
• Assist with reports, system changes, and future ERP projects.
• Work with Finance, IT, and outside technical partners to move issues toward resolution.
• Learn the organization’s different business lines and how their financial processes fit together.
• Build toward broader financial systems ownership as your experience grows.

• What You’ll Bring
• A practical understanding of accounting or finance processes.
• Experience working in an integrated ERP such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Dynamics, PeopleSoft, or a comparable system.
• Exposure to at least one area beyond normal system use, such as testing, implementation, reporting, troubleshooting, documentation, process improvement, or super-user support.
• Curiosity about how financial systems work and a genuine interest in developing in this field.
• The ability to ask good questions, communicate with both Finance and technical partners, and follow controlled processes carefully.

Oracle Fusion Financials experience would be valuable, but it is not required. The team is open to an accountant or financial analyst who brings strong systems aptitude and is ready to learn.
