Inventory Analyst

We're partnered with a fast-growing third-party logistics company having a breakout stretch: they launched their East Coast footprint this year, and are expanding into the Midwest, and have added over a million square feet of new operations – with roughly 600,000 more signing within the month. Companies at this stage create opportunity fast, and the people who join now grow with the building.

Here's what makes this seat special: it's brand new. You'll be the first person to own the inventory analytics function at a 400,000 sq ft Lehigh Valley distribution center, running a dedicated operation for a major consumer electronics brand. And you won't be figuring it out alone – regional operations leader sits in the same office and will personally train, mentor, and develop you. What your days look like: You'll split your time between the warehouse floor and the office – roughly 60/40 – which means you'll actually understand the operation you're analyzing. You'll run the cycle count program, dig into discrepancies until you find the real root cause, keep inventory accuracy at an elite standard, build the KPI reporting that leadership runs on, and be the go-to voice when our customer needs answers. When you spot a process that could work better, you'll have a direct line to the person who can change it.

What you bring: Inventory analysis experience in a distribution center or 3PL environment, hands-on WMS experience, strong Excel skills, and a genuine preference for being on the floor where the operation lives. A degree in supply chain or business is a plus, and so are Power BI, cycle count program experience, customer audit exposure, or ISO 9001 familiarity – but drive and analytical curiosity matter most.
