  • Position Summary
  • We are seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to support the tracking, management, and lifecycle administration of IT assets. This role is responsible for maintaining asset records, supporting inventory and audit activities, managing ticket queues, and ensuring compliance with asset management and data security standards. The ideal candidate has experience with ServiceNow, familiarity with HamPro, and a strong attention to detail with a desire to grow within the Asset Management field.

  • Required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with HamPro
  • Understanding of IT asset management processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of data security, confidentiality, and chain-of-custody procedures
  • Preferred
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • Responsibilities
  • Manage and update IT asset records throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Monitor and resolve assigned ServiceNow tickets.
  • Track inventory movements, shipments, and asset status changes.
  • Support audits, inventory reconciliation, and compliance initiatives.
  • Coordinate hard drive decommissioning and maintain required documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to asset management, security, and information governance policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and protect sensitive asset information.
  • Support process improvement efforts and departmental objectives.
  • Assist with receiving, shipping, and moving IT equipment as needed.

  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
