Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, System Support Analyst, or similar role.
Strong experience supporting HR technology solutions and enterprise HR systems.
Proven ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technology solutions.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively across global teams, cultures, and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting HRIS platforms and HR technology ecosystems.
Strong understanding of system integrations, reporting, data management, and security best practices.
Experience leading or supporting system enhancements, upgrades, patches, and refresh cycles.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and project delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with user acceptance testing, defect management, and implementation support.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
