- Extensive experience building and maintaining complex Workday reports and analytics solutions.
- Experience working within smaller HRIS teams where responsibilities are broad and less siloed.
- Strong ownership of reporting, workforce analytics, stakeholder engagement, and business-facing reporting solutions.
- The ability to work directly with business leaders and HR stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into actionable insights.
- Please Note: Candidates from large enterprise HRIS teams where reporting responsibilities are highly specialized or segmented may not be the best fit for this opportunity.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and workforce analytics.
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and self-service reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and leadership teams to provide meaningful workforce insights.
- Perform data validation, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting quality assurance.
- Support HRIS enhancements, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and governance processes.
- Participate in HR technology upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
- Qualifications
- 3+ years of Workday reporting, HRIS reporting, or workforce analytics experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Workforce Analytics.
- Experience supporting HR data management, reporting processes, and HR systems.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
- Experience supporting Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, or Learning modules.
- Exposure to HR technology implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
- HRIS, Workday Reporting, or Analytics certifications.
