HRIS Analyst - USA | Remote

## About the Role

Procare HR is seeking an HRIS Data Analyst to support workforce data accuracy and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This dual-role position is responsible for auditing timekeeping and payroll data while designing and maintaining informative dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG Ready, a strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures, and experience with payroll testing, data reconciliation, and Excel. Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality environments is preferred.

## Key Responsibilities

• * Audit timekeeping and payroll data for accuracy and consistency.
• * Design and maintain dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making.
• * Execute parallel payroll testing.
• * Perform payroll data reconciliation.
• * Analyze payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures.
• * Support accurate and effective HRIS data management.
• * Contribute to improvements in implementation audit frameworks or onboarding playbooks, where applicable.

## Required Qualifications

• * Minimum of 3 years of experience working with UKG Ready.
• * Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures.
• * Hands-on experience executing parallel payroll testing.
• * Experience with data reconciliation.
• * Strong Excel skills.

## Preferred Qualifications

• * Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• * Experience working with senior living, healthcare, or hospitality workforces.
• * Familiarity with union environments.
• * Familiarity with shift-based pay models and complex overtime rules.
• * Familiarity with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs).
• * UKG Ready certification and/or payroll certifications such as FPC or CPP.
• * Experience improving implementation audit frameworks or onboarding playbooks.

## Compensation & Benefits
