## About the Role
Procare HR is seeking an HRIS Data Analyst with strong UKG Ready experience to support payroll and workforce data operations. This is a dual-focused role responsible for auditing timekeeping and payroll data while also designing and maintaining dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
### Key Responsibilities
- * Audit timekeeping and payroll data for accuracy and consistency.
- * Perform payroll data analysis and reconciliation.
- * Execute parallel payroll testing.
- * Design, develop, and maintain informative dashboards and reports.
- * Analyze HR, payroll, and workforce data to support informed decision-making.
- * Maintain accurate HRIS data and help identify discrepancies.
- * Support data-quality and audit processes within UKG Ready.
- * Collaborate with internal stakeholders on payroll, timekeeping, and HR data requirements.
- * Contribute to improvements in implementation audit frameworks and onboarding processes where applicable.
### Required Qualifications
- * Minimum of 3 years of experience working with UKG Ready.
- * Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures.
- * Hands-on experience with parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation.
- * Strong Excel skills.
- * Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
### Preferred Qualifications
- * Experience supporting senior living, healthcare, or hospitality workforces.
- * Familiarity with union environments.
- * Understanding of shift-based pay models and complex overtime rules.
- * Familiarity with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs).
- * UKG Ready certification.
- * Payroll certifications such as FPC or CPP.
- * Experience improving implementation audit frameworks or onboarding playbooks.
### Compensation
The salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000 per year. Credit may be given for relevant experience.
