HR Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Design and deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and data models for Total Rewards strategy.
• Evaluate program effectiveness for Compensation and Benefits, including ROI, utilization, and impact on attraction, retention, and engagement.
• Translate complex reward and workforce data into actionable insights for HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders.
• Develop and maintain scalable reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI dashboards) and digital tools for Total Rewards metrics.
• Apply analytical frameworks and methodologies to assess Total Rewards program effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, advanced analytics, and new technologies to solve recurring challenges.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, People/HR Analytics, Compensation, Benefits, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience applying advanced analytics to evaluate Total Rewards programs.
• Expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization, with hands-on experience in Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with HR systems and data structures (e.g., Workday) and experience with large, multi-country datasets.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready narratives.
