2. About the Opportunity:

The Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting data to support decision-making and project goals within healthcare improvement initiatives. This role is essential in providing data insights that help teams and stakeholders enhance health care delivery in communities.

3. Responsibilities:

• • Analyze data from multiple sources using methodologically sound approaches
• • Present data findings clearly and actionably to internal and external stakeholders
• • Collaborate with project teams to meet business and client analytic needs
• • Ensure data governance and integrity standards are maintained in partnership with analytics and project teams
• • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings

4. Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
• • Minimum of 2 years experience in data analysis, research, or related fields
• • Healthcare experience preferred
• • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
• • Foundational knowledge of data management and analytics principles
• • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• • Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• • Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote environment
