An opportunity to lead both the data and wider technology agenda for a growing industrial organisation investing heavily in transformation. You will shape the data, AI and automation strategy while building the foundations needed to drive long-term business value.

Having invested in modern enterprise systems and analytics capabilities, they are now focused on strengthening data management, improving decision-making, and identifying practical AI opportunities across the organisation.

• The Role
• You will:
• Lead the data, AI and technology roadmap.
• Build strong data governance, management, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop the foundations required for successful AI adoption.
• Identify automation opportunities across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
• Enhance analytics and reporting using Power BI and enterprise data platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, and sales.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary technology team.
• Advise senior leadership on technology strategy and emerging trends.
• Your Skills & Experience
• Strong leadership experience across data, analytics, AI, and technology functions.
• Commercial experience delivering data, digital, or AI transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in data governance, reporting, business intelligence, and modern data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
