Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Gameplay Data Capture Specialist to work on a contract basis. This role involves applying domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by capturing gameplay data from top-tier AAA games. The data collected will shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across various domains. The AI industry continues to grow, and experts like you play a crucial role in enabling the development of reliable AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Play a range of top-tier AAA games to systematically capture gameplay data using in-house tools, ensuring high-quality and accurate data collection.
• • Record, organize, and annotate game sessions with keen attention to accuracy and detail, adhering to project guidelines and requirements.
• • Collaborate closely with fellow experts and team leads, providing clear feedback and updates in written and verbal formats, and troubleshoot technical issues related to recording and data capture workflows.
• • Ensure all data files are securely stored, cataloged, and transferred according to project guidelines, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the data.
• • Maintain regular, timely communication with the customer's remote team, ensuring seamless collaboration and project progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Expertise in a specific gaming domain, with a deep understanding of gameplay mechanics and strategies.
• • Experience with data collection and annotation tools, and the ability to learn in-house tools and technologies.
• • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
