Company & Position Overview: Reputable distributor throughout the Americas is adding to the Finance team! This role allows an opportunity to work closely with Executive Leadersip and reporting to Board, PE and Shareholders. With the ability to cultivate skills in an ever growing environment. The ideal candidate has experience with Financial Modeling and cashflow. And is Bilingual English and Spanish.

Sr Financial Analyst/FP&A maintains data crucial to financial forecasts and recommendations on key drivers of the business for decision making. Job Duties include:

Financial forecasts for business performance meeting strategic initiatives and business goals; Financial Modeling; Primarily responsible for 3 statement models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and creating & updating cash flow forecasting (13 week cash flow and analysis).

Cross functional duties and collaboration with various internal departments such as operations, supply chain, sales and marketing to collect vital data on budget tracking, business trends and other metrics. Identifying financial trends, variances and proposing action plans for improvement. Attending to Ad hoc reporting requests, and managing a large volume of Data to expedite current intel timely.

Creating presentations and decks on financials and data for Leadership, Board and PE & external Stakeholders. Including for monthly business reviews and annual planning; monthly and quarterly reports; with ability to highlight Key Indicators, take aways and recommendations; expertise in Power BI and Dashboards; utilizing Excel and Power Point; Enhancing automaton and efficiencies in reporting.

Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required.
