  • Job Title: Financial Data/Operations Analyst
  • Location: Charlotte, NC (3x/week onsite)
  • Duration: Contract through the end of year (12/31/2026) with high potential to extend and/or convert FTE!
  • Pay Rate: 35-46/hour
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual who takes initiative and operates with a high level of ownership
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a logical, detail-oriented approach
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data set manipulation)
  • Heavy user of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams; familiarity with broader O365 suite)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with a strong focus on relationship building and client service
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Continuous learner with a desire to grow and contribute
  • Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  • SQL or basic querying experience
  • Exposure to data analytics or reporting environments
  • Experience with PowerPoint for presenting insights

  • Insight Global is seeking an Operations Analyst for a large financial services client. This individual will support key initiatives revolving around operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets in Excel while collaborating across global teams. This role will require 4+ days of work on-site at our client's offices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and working with large datasets using Excel to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders across the US, UK, and Asia to support business initiatives
  • Contributing to process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve client outcomes
  • Supporting cross-functional projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation
