Role Overview:

We are hiring for a Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to work on a contractual basis, applying their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. This person will analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to deliver actionable business intelligence, and develop advanced financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses. The work of this expert will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, contributing to the development of frontier AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to deliver actionable business intelligence.
• • Develop, refine, and implement advanced financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• • Create comprehensive rubrics using field knowledge to enhance and refine AI models.
• • Prepare, review, and optimize financial reporting under US GAAP/IFRS standards.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field is required.
• • A minimum of 3 years' experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, or SaaS finance is necessary.
• • Investment banking experience is highly preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
• • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• • A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
