A strong foundation in financial theory, combined with proven experience in deriving insights from data, creating compelling narratives, and influencing executive decision-making, is essential. Exceptional communication skills—both oral and written—are required to translate complex business results into clear, actionable insights. Experience leading strategic initiatives, organizational change, or performance improvement projects will be highly valued. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent work experience is required, with an MBA and/or CFA designation considered a plus.
Responsibilities
As a key contributor to the Corporate FP&A team, you will be responsible for executing and enhancing core financial processes, including monthly close reporting, forecasting, and target setting. You will lead efforts to develop accurate headcount forecasts, provide guidance on financial targets, and prepare materials for earnings calls and Board of Directors meetings. Your analytical expertise will be utilized to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend strategic actions that support business growth and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, improve, and implement financial and operational processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will deliver insightful presentations and reports that influence decision-making and drive strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in managing organizational change and performance improvement projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
