Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Develop financial and operational reporting.
• Analyze budget-to-actual results and financial trends.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and performance issues.
• Provide financial recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor financial activity and reporting requirements.
• Support external audits and prepare audit schedules.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning
• Support annual budgeting with senior finance leadership.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and long-range projections.
• Develop financial models and supporting analyses.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis.
• Support strategic planning and financial initiatives.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong general accounting and financial reporting background.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
