2. About the Opportunity:
The Financial Analyst I (FP&A) role supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the global business. This entry-level position works closely with Finance leadership and Operational teams to deliver accurate financial reporting, assist in forecasting processes, and provide data-driven insights that guide business decisions. The role also involves supporting initiatives related to AI and machine learning, contributing to improved financial processes and strategic planning.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Support monthly financial reporting, including management reports and dashboards
- • Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles through data collection and model updates
- • Prepare charts, graphs, and reports as needed
- • Perform variance analysis and provide key insights
- • Consolidate and validate data from multiple systems for accuracy
- • Provide technology-driven data insights to support decision-making
- • Develop and maintain Excel-based models and analysis tools
- • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
- • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting automation and data quality with AI tools
4. Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- • 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships
- • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- • Basic understanding of financial statements and key metrics
- • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- • Preferred: exposure to financial planning, budgeting or reporting; experience with financial systems or data tools such as Power BI or ERP systems; interest in FP&A and financial strategy; AI and machine learning exposure
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• National pay range $68,000—$75,000 USD
