• • At least 2 years of experience in a financial analyst or finance-related role within banking, credit unions, or financial services.
• • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• • Knowledge of cash flow modeling and the ability to interpret financial trends and performance drivers.
• • Background in business analysis with the ability to connect financial results to operational outcomes.
• • Familiarity with loan accounting, reserve-related analysis, or similar finance functions is strongly preferred.
• • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage both recurring deadlines and project-based work.
