Primary Responsibilities

• Summarize financial trends in straightforward language.
• Maintain documentation for recurring financial processes.
• Prepare recurring financial analyses and supporting schedules.
• Compare actual results with budgets and forecasts.

What We Are Looking For

• Foundational knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to organize calculations so assumptions can be reviewed easily.
• Clear written communication and attention to numerical detail.
• Ability to distinguish confirmed results from assumptions or estimates.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with financial data.

Assignments may begin with incomplete context, so part of the job is to confirm the objective, identify what information is available, and document any assumptions that affect the result. When something does not reconcile, investigate it rather than forcing an answer.
