- Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory
- Expert-level experience with Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Patient Access workflows and Revenue Cycle processes.
- Proven experience leading Epic enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, workflow design, system build, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating technical and functional documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Preferred
- Epic certification/accreditation in relevant Revenue Cycle or Patient Access modules.
- Experience supporting large healthcare organizations or integrated delivery networks.
- Knowledge of healthcare payer eligibility and authorization processes.
- Experience in change management and end-user training.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of Epic application analyst experience with significant focus on RTE and Patient Access workflows.
- Demonstrated experience leading medium to large complexity Epic initiatives.
