Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
Expert-level experience with Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of Patient Access workflows and Revenue Cycle processes.
Proven experience leading Epic enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, workflow design, system build, testing, and production support.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience creating technical and functional documentation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred
Epic certification/accreditation in relevant Revenue Cycle or Patient Access modules.
Experience supporting large healthcare organizations or integrated delivery networks.
Knowledge of healthcare payer eligibility and authorization processes.
Experience in change management and end-user training.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of Epic application analyst experience with significant focus on RTE and Patient Access workflows.
Demonstrated experience leading medium to large complexity Epic initiatives.
