- Position Title: Managed Services Analyst – Epic Professional Billing Analyst
- Must have Current Epic Professional Billing Analyst
The Epic Managed Services Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of assigned Epic applications within a managed services model. This role ensures operational stability through timely resolution of incidents and service requests, proactive system maintenance, and collaboration with operational and IT stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and maximize the value of the Epic platform. The analyst works closely with client teams, internal AMS resources, and cross functional Epic partners to deliver high-quality support aligned with defined service level agreements (SLAs), best practices, and organizational standards
