This is your chance to dive deep into structured data, optimize workflows, and contribute to the efficiency of a massive digital retail platform. In this hands-on, execution-focused contract position, you will be instrumental in getting products accurately and efficiently live on the eCommerce site. You’ll be the guardian of product information, processing incoming content, ensuring Product Detail Pages (PDPs) are complete and customer-ready, and troubleshooting any issues that prevent products from going live. • Process incoming vendor content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and customer readiness for online display.
  • Upload and meticulously maintain product information on Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
  • Perform regular quality checks on PDPs to guarantee data integrity and an optimal customer experience.
  • Identify and proactively resolve content or data issues that prevent products from being published online.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams, providing clarity on content onboarding status and addressing any blockers.
  • Partner with purchasing, marketing, and operations teams to provide timely status updates and ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate effectively with external agencies supporting product titles or enhanced content initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively when timelines are impacted by missing or incorrect information.
  • Manage daily and weekly content intake to prevent backlogs and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support priority or promotional product requests with agility and precision.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements as tools, automation, and AI capabilities evolve, shaping the future of content operations.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience onboarding or managing product content within an eCommerce environment.
  • Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with filters and formulas; experience with lookups (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities effectively.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through on all tasks.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • A background in content operations, digital merchandising, or marketing.
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices for product content.
  • Experience working with vendors or external agencies.
  • An interest in automation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Previous experience in the retail or consumer goods industry.

Growth Opportunities

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with large-scale eCommerce operations, contributing to a significant digital retail presence.
