Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support to employees. This role will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, respond to support tickets, manage IT assets, and image and deploy new computers. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service and maintains clear, accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve help desk and desktop support tickets.
Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
Image, configure, and deploy new computers.
Install and support applications within a Microsoft environment.
Track computers, accessories, and other IT equipment.
Maintain accurate hardware inventory and asset-management records.
Document incidents, resolutions, and completed work in Fresh service.
Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate.
Provide professional, customer-focused support to end users.
Required Qualifications
3–4 years of help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, and peripherals.
Experience imaging and setting up new computers.
Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
Experience using a ticketing platform such as Fresh service, Jira, or ServiceNow.
Strong documentation, communication, and customer-service skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
Preferred Qualification
Experience supporting Apple Mac computers is a plus.
