We're looking for a creative and analytical Data Visualization Specialist to transform complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable visual insights. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
Transform complex datasets into intuitive charts, graphs, and visual presentations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and visualization needs
Ensure dashboards accurately reflect key business and project KPIs
Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain reporting accuracy
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through visual analysis
Document dashboard specifications, data sources, and reporting processes
Recommend improvements to reporting efficiency and visualization best practices
✅ Requirements
Entry-Level / Junior (0–3+ years of experience, internships included)
Experience in data visualization, business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields
Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization platforms
Working knowledge of Excel and SQL
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
Fluent in English
Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
Ability to commute to the assigned office location as required
