2. About the Opportunity:
The Data Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data that supports the organization''s products and internal operations. This role involves maintaining data workflows, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with multiple teams to keep data reliable and useful, contributing directly to operational effectiveness.
3. Responsibilities:
- Process, review, and maintain operational and product-related data
- Perform regular data quality checks and identify inconsistencies or missing information
- Investigate data issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
- Maintain data records, spreadsheets, documentation, and operational trackers
- Support recurring data imports, updates, and validation processes
- Monitor data workflows and flag errors or unusual results
- Prepare routine reports and data summaries for internal teams
- Document data processes, business rules, and standard procedures
- Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve data-related issues
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and operational workflows
- Support testing and validation of changes affecting data processes
- Establish and maintain consistent data-handling practices
4. Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data operations, data entry, reporting, business operations, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficient with spreadsheets and structured data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate their causes
- Organized approach to repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- $55,000–$72,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
- The pay range and compensation package for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
