  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, enhance, test, deploy, and support enterprise integrations using the Boomi platform.
  • Build Boomi processes for data extraction, transformation, validation, routing, and delivery across enterprise applications.
  • Configure Boomi connectors, maps, profiles, decision logic, document properties, process properties, and exception-handling mechanisms.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, SFTP, flat files, XML, JSON, CSV, databases, and other enterprise endpoints.
  • Monitor Boomi process executions, investigate failures, troubleshoot integration errors, and provide production support.
  • Improve existing integrations for reliability, maintainability, performance, scalability, and operational visibility.
  • Implement logging, alerting, retry mechanisms, reconciliation, and robust error-handling frameworks.
  • Design, develop, and support integrations involving Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Security, and Reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Web Services, EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS reports, custom reports, Workday Studio, and BIRT Reports, where applicable.
  • Build and maintain user-provisioning integrations originating from Workday and flowing into Google Workspace and other downstream enterprise applications.
  • Extract, transform, analyze, validate, and deliver Workday data through Boomi, APIs, files, and custom services.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving data availability, security/access, report output, transformation logic, field mappings, and downstream application errors.
  • Develop and validate business logic and Workday data related to supervisory organizations, cost centers, worker data, Finance, contracts, approvals, and workflows.
  • Develop custom integration components, utilities, APIs, scripts, and services using C#, Python, and Java.
  • Build lightweight services and automation tools for data validation, API orchestration, file processing, exception handling, and integration workflows.
  • Develop scripts and technical utilities for data cleansing, reconciliation, transformation, XSLT comparison, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with SQL databases, APIs, and file-based data sources to validate data and support integration implementations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integration architecture, mappings, processes, troubleshooting procedures, and operational support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure teams, and other technical teams to deliver successful integration solutions.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience in integration development, enterprise application integration, or a related technical field.
  • Strong hands-on experience designing and supporting Workday integrations.
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Workday Web Services
  • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Core Connectors
  • RaaS Reports
  • Workday security concepts
  • Experience integrating one or more Workday modules, including:
  • HCM
  • Finance
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • Procurement
  • Recruiting
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, CSV, SFTP, and database integrations.
  • Hands-on development experience with C# and Python.
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Experience with integration testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex data and integration issues across multiple systems.
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in the New York City office.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Boomi integration development.
  • Experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience developing custom integration utilities and automation using Python, C#, or Java.
  • Experience with Workday Studio and BIRT.
  • Experience implementing integration monitoring, alerting, retry, reconciliation, and error-handling frameworks.
  • Experience supporting integrations in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of data security and handling sensitive HR, Finance, and operational data.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
