Role Description This is a part-time remote role supporting LinkedIn growth for SaaS clients. The role involves managing and optimizing client LinkedIn Company Pages, including scheduling and posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to interactions in a professional and brand-aligned manner. The team member will identify and interact with relevant accounts, use targeted hashtags, and initiate conversations to attract genuine followers. They will analyze performance metrics, provide concise reports on follower growth and engagement trends, and suggest improvements to increase reach and interaction. Collaboration with internal team members and clients to refine audience targeting, messaging, and campaigns is an essential part of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
Experience with LinkedIn and social media management, including page optimization, posting, and engagement.
Skills in audience research and basic data analysis to identify relevant accounts, hashtags, and engagement patterns.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, compelling, and brand-consistent messages.
Understanding of SaaS business models, B2B marketing, and decision-maker targeting is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in social media marketing, community management, or digital marketing is a plus.
Comfort using social media tools, CRM or marketing platforms, and basic reporting tools.
