Summary

Job Summary Data Center Division Manager (New Orleans, LA)

• Lead the launch and management of a new data center and mission-critical construction division.
• Develop and maintain client and contractor relationships to secure construction opportunities.
• Oversee project execution, including scheduling, manpower management, RFIs, change orders, billing, and project closeout.
• Supervise and mentor field crews of 10 30+ technicians in installation, testing, and documentation of structured cabling and fiber systems.
• Set installation, QA/QC, and documentation standards for data center projects.
• Develop pricing strategies, labor rates, and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Support vendor registration, prequalification, and partnerships with contractors.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards (TIA-942/TIA-606) and safety requirements (OSHA 30).
• Travel as needed to project sites throughout Louisiana and the Gulf Coast.
• Preferred experience includes hyperscale data centers, major ICT vendors, industry certifications (BICSI RCDD/DCDC), and building new business lines or divisions.
