  • Role Description
  • This is a full-time traveling role for a Data Center Customer Service Technician based in the US. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring optimal performance of cooling systems. The technician will also deliver exceptional customer service and assist in customer training to enhance system understanding and operability.

Qualifications

  • Able to travel two weeks at a time to locations throughout the US

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of electricity and electrical systems related to data center cooling
  • Experience in providing technical support and training to customers
  • Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced on-site environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Relevant technical certifications or an associate's degree in a related field is a plus
