About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Commercial Analyst - Finance to join our team at our Westminster office. This role is integral to our mission of healing lives through innovative bone repair solutions. As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will serve as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership, providing advanced analytics and KPI development to drive revenue performance. Your work will involve delivering high-impact insights into sales trends, customer behaviors, and growth opportunities, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (required); MBA preferred
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience, ideally in Life Sciences, commercial finance, FP&A, or sales analytics
  • Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance data analysis, automate reporting, and develop KPI frameworks
  • Working knowledge of R or similar statistical programming languages for advanced analytics and modeling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and related technologies
  • Strong data storytelling and communication skills, with experience engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to connect analytical insights to business outcomes in sales or revenue contexts
  • Experience with data query and relational databases such as SAP, SQL, or similar systems (preferred)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, ownership, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across teams

Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing and delivering sales performance analytics, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting to provide visibility into revenue drivers
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, customer, and product data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to define key metrics, evaluate performance against strategic goals, and support decision-making processes
  • Build and maintain forecasting models and analytical tools to support planning, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives
  • Provide recurring reports and ad hoc analyses, balancing speed with analytical depth based on business needs
  • Enhance data quality, reporting processes, and scalable analytics solutions, including automation efforts
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives, leveraging data storytelling techniques to communicate insights effectively
