# Senior Data Analyst

## About the Role

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a remote, 12+ month contract opportunity. This role focuses on understanding how data supports business processes and applications, tracing data flows from entry through final destinations, and independently extracting and analyzing data.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to investigate complex data sources, identify anomalies, communicate data concepts, and document data mappings and lineage. The position is well suited to a mid-senior level data professional with strong technical, analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills.

## Key Responsibilities

• * Develop an understanding of relationships between data, business processes, and applications.
• * Analyze data flows from initial entry through final destinations, including files and reporting systems.
• * Independently extract, retrieve, and analyze data using technical skills.
• * Research complex data sources to understand data movement and storage.
• * Identify data anomalies and investigate underlying data issues.
