2. About the Opportunity:

The Data Analys role involves working within cross-functional teams to analyze extensive healthcare datasets and generate insights that improve healthcare outcomes. The position contributes to both product development and client-facing analytics, influences data team strategies in collaboration with product leaders, and leads data projects from collection through to recommendation stages. This role is pivotal in turning data into actionable intelligence that guides organizational decisions.

3. Responsibilities:

  • • Analyze large datasets to identify behavioral patterns of medical professionals.
  • • Develop product and client-facing analytical reports.
  • • Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and developers on data projects.
  • • Participate in planning and executing data team strategies.

4. Requirements:

  • • Minimum of 2 years experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
  • • Strong knowledge of statistical concepts, exploratory data analysis, and probability theory.
  • • Advanced SQL skills for complex queries involving multiple tables.
  • • Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling to communicate findings effectively.
  • • Experience with Python data analysis libraries such as Pandas and Numpy.
  • • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming in Python.
  • • Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., column stores, Spark).
  • • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for data, and ability to learn quickly.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $150,000 (inclusive of salary and equity). Compensation within this range is determined by skills, experience, and education/training.
