Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Analyst, based in Worcester, MA, with the flexibility to work remotely on an occasional basis. The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include data modeling and analytics, generating actionable insights, preparing detailed reports, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders. The role also involves developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve operational performance.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics
Expertise in Statistics and Data Modeling
Excellent Communication skills to effectively deliver insights and recommendations
Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Proficiency in data visualization tools and software
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Knowledge of mining industry practices is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
