Building Blocks Pediatric Therapy | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, daytime hours (no nights or weekends) $80,000–$95,000/year base + monthly performance bonus

• Building Blocks Pediatric Therapy is a clinician-owned practice providing ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy to children and families across our Sterling Heights and Auburn Hills clinics. We're growing, we're family-centered, and we have an active waitlist — which means you'll step into a full caseload from day one instead of building from scratch.

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime clinic hours — no evenings, no weekends
• Regular Work From Home Days
• Clinic-based in Sterling Heights, MI
• Integrated team: collaborate side-by-side with our Speech and OT clinicians

• What you'll do
• Conduct assessments (FBAs, skill assessments) and build individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of RBTs
• Provide protocol modification and ongoing clinical oversight
• Lead parent training and family guidance
• Track progress, adjust programming, and keep documentation timely and compliant

• What you bring
• Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
• Michigan Behavior Analyst license, or eligibility to obtain
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and managing a caseload (pediatric clinic experience a plus)

• Compensation & benefits
• $80,000–$95,000 base salary, based on experience
• Monthly performance bonus — uncapped, paid every month, for BCBAs who want to go above and beyond
