- Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Data Analyst role based in Worcester, MA, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including platform analytics, social media metrics, and audience engagement reports. The role involves analyzing trends in content performance, building dashboards and reports, and translating data into actionable recommendations for content and engagement strategies. The Data Analyst will partner closely with content, marketing, and leadership teams to identify key metrics, optimize posting strategies, and support data-informed decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include running regular analytics reports, performing ad-hoc analyses, validating data quality, and clearly communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
- Foundational knowledge of statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods.
- Ability to design and work with data models to support reporting and insights.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to present complex data in an accessible way.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and at least one analytics or visualization tool (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience working with social media or web analytics platforms (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
