- Role Description The Data Analyst role at I-Verve Inc. is a full-time remote position responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that support product development, system modernization, and AI-driven solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources; performing quantitative and qualitative analysis; and building reports and dashboards to help internal teams and clients understand performance and trends. The Data Analyst will collaborate with engineering, product, and client teams to define data requirements, support predictive analytics initiatives, and contribute to data models that underpin AI features and modernized architectures. The role also involves documenting methodologies, presenting findings in clear, business-oriented language, and continuously improving data processes and standards.
- Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience applying Data Analytics to solve business and technical problems.
- Working knowledge of Statistics and statistical methods for hypothesis testing, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Ability to design and interpret Data Modeling concepts to support reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Effective Communication skills for explaining complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, spreadsheets, and modern BI or visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with data cleaning, ETL processes, and basic scripting in languages such as Python or R is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in technology-driven environments (e.g., SaaS, AI, system modernization, or consulting) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team setting and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
