Data Analyst

A leading healthcare organisation is looking for a Lead IT Data Analyst. This role is responsible for conducting full lifecycle analysis, including requirements, design, documentation, testing, and validation to support the implementation of data and analytics solutions across the enterprise.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the development of data and analytics solutions through methodology design, programming, and delivery standards.
• Designing and implementing databases for tracking organizational quality metrics and infection prevention data.
• Maintaining system interfaces and databases to ensure the accuracy of data submission for internal and external reporting.
• Collaborating with department management to develop new data collection processes and providing error analysis for regulatory data sets.
• Presenting complex technical solutions and statistical information to all levels of management, including executive leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in SQL programming and technical analysis within OLTP and OLAP architectures.
• Advanced expertise in writing and debugging complex SQL queries for large-scale data assets.
• Proven experience working with large datasets on Big Data platforms such as Hadoop, Hive, or Impala.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical resources and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
