Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

• The Role
• • Support, maintain, and enhance data, reporting, and analytics capabilities across enterprise contact center platforms, with a strong focus on a leading cloud-based contact center solution and related tools.
• • Serve as a key technical resource for reporting issues, data quality initiatives, and performance analytics, ensuring insights are accurate, timely, and actionable.
• • Partner closely with operations, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• • Drive incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve reporting frameworks and data pipelines.
• • Interpret complex data analyses and develop insights, reports, and presentations to influence decision-making.
• • Design, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, advising stakeholders on their planning and implementation.

• What You'll Need
• • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience in a directly related field.
• • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field.
• • Experience gathering data and information on targeted variables in an established systematic fashion.
• • Proven ability to prepare data for analytic efforts, integrating and consolidating data while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• • Experience driving strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients and leadership to identify and clarify key business needs.
