Data Analyst

The Role

• Provide data analytics, visualization, and systems development support for senior decision-makers.
• Design and build data collection systems and manage datasets.
• Create near real-time data visualizations with integrated analytics and automation.
• Develop database solutions for engagement management, tracking history, relationships, and strategic progress.
• Support congressionally mandated reporting requirements through strategic planning and operational data collection.
• Engage proactively with internal offices to identify, collect, and automate data ingestion.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance and DHS Suitability determination.
• Demonstrated experience designing and building databases, data collection systems, or engagement tracking tools using Microsoft SharePoint Lists and Power Platform.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical and senior-level audiences.
• Experience developing CRM-like systems or workflow automation, ETL processes, or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards, data models, and automated refresh schedules is highly desired.
