You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to measure performance, optimize marketing campaigns, evaluate product-led growth initiatives, and develop scalable reporting frameworks. Your work will directly influence key business decisions, drive revenue growth, and enhance long-term customer value.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, product analytics, or related fields
  • Proficiency supporting Marketing, Growth, Acquisition, Revenue, or Product teams in high-growth environments
  • Deep hands-on experience with experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, incrementality testing, and funnel experimentation
  • Strong SQL skills with experience working on large, complex datasets in cloud environments like Snowflake
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling, campaign measurement, UTM tracking, and marketing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, churn)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, data engineering, product, engineering, and finance teams
  • Preferred: Experience with marketing mix modeling, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel), and analytics engineering workflows (dbt, cloud data environments)
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analysis and modeling (preferred)
  • Background in high-transaction-volume environments such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or marketplaces (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics initiatives across marketing acquisition, product-led growth, lifecycle growth, and channel performance, including paid, organic, partnership, affiliate, referral, and in-product channels
  • Own analysis of the full growth funnel—acquisition, activation, onboarding, conversion, retention, monetization, and expansion—driving insights to optimize each stage
  • Develop and refine attribution models, campaign measurement frameworks, and marketing efficiency metrics to evaluate sign-ups, revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments such as A/B tests, onboarding tests, landing page experiments, pricing tests, and in-product conversion tests
  • Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical models that provide comprehensive visibility into campaign, channel, segment, cohort, and funnel performance
  • Analyze customer journeys using campaign data, product usage metrics, conversion events, and lifecycle touchpoints to identify growth opportunities and improve tracking accuracy
  • Support advanced analytical projects including LTV modeling, customer segmentation, propensity scoring, churn analysis, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to enhance data quality, instrumentation, and self-service reporting infrastructure
  • Communicate insights, experiment results, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $137,275 to $190,000 USD, commensurate with experience
  • Opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity participation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • Flexible hybrid or remote work arrangements to support work-life balance
  • Generous paid time off and holidays
  • Professional development programs and continuous learning opportunities
  • Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies to support your work
