Data Analyst (Entry-Level / Junior)
Role Description
Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations, performance management, and strategic decision-making. Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with meaningful insights into key metrics, trends, and business outcomes. Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of datasets. Identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement through quantitative analysis and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, process optimization, and business initiatives while delivering actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and organizational performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization techniques. Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, and statistical methodologies is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting frameworks, data governance, and performance measurement practices is a plus.
