Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in São Leopoldo, RS. The Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content that supports Accruent’s products, customers, and internal teams, including product documentation, knowledge base articles, marketing copy, and training materials. Responsibilities include researching product capabilities and customer needs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and translating complex technical concepts into accessible language. The role also involves reviewing and editing content for consistency and adherence to brand and style guidelines, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and contributing to continuous improvements in content processes and standards.
Qualifications
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and formats.
Experience researching technical topics and collaborating with product, engineering, or customer-facing teams to gather information.
Familiarity with content management or documentation tools and basic understanding of SaaS or cloud-based software concepts.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Attention to detail, commitment to inclusive and accessible language, and willingness to learn Accruent’s products and industry.
