Data Analyst

• We are seeking Data Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making through data analysis, automation, reporting, and visualization. This role combines hands-on operational responsibilities with the development and implementation of data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
• The ideal candidate has relevant business or operational domain experience, strong analytical and SQL skills, and experience with data modeling, automation, and software testing.

• Execute recurring operational activities within an assigned business domain and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Design, maintain, and validate data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and analytical workflows using SQL, Python, Spark, Java, and related technologies.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and automate reporting, data validation, and operational processes.
• Support the design, implementation, and testing of agentic AI solutions, including orchestration, domain analysis, and other specialized workflows.
• Test applications, data workflows, and AI-enabled solutions for data accuracy, functionality, usability, and alignment with business requirements.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations, visualizations, reports, and business presentations.
• Collaborate with business, data, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL design, data quality, and performance optimization for analytical workloads.
• Experience supporting business operations, reporting, forecasting, pricing, planning, or other enterprise analytical functions.
• Experience designing, testing, or implementing automated and AI-enabled workflows, including agentic solutions, preferred.
• Familiarity with Java, Apache Airflow, Kafka, Flink, AWS EKS, AWS EMR, or related data and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate operational and domain knowledge into practical analytical and agentic solutions.
