About the Opportunity:

The DATA & AI ANALYST role is focused on converting data into meaningful insights and innovative reporting tools that support strategic business decisions. This position plays a key role in applying AI and automation technologies to improve workflows and data accessibility, directly impacting business efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and transform data using SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau to answer business questions and develop insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools with strong data visualization and storytelling.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and automation processes.
• Enhance reporting workflows and analytical tools through AI-driven automation.
• Translate business questions into data, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Explore emerging technologies for practical business applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• Minimum 4 years of SQL experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency with Tableau and BigQuery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with AI development tools like Vibe Coding, Claude Code, or Google AI Studio.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into practical solutions.
• Effective communication and data storytelling skills.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of Tableau experience.
• Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI-powered automation.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery or GCP APIs.
• Experience developing semantic layers or governed datasets.
• Anthropic Claude Certified Developer or equivalent AI development experience.
• Strong interest in AI-assisted development and emerging technologies.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Fixed base salary
