ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to transform customer and business data into actionable insights. This opportunity is ideal for recent Master’s graduates interested in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, and customer-focused decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Analyze customer behavior, engagement, and business performance data.
• • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
• • Develop dashboards and reports to track customer KPIs.
• • Perform segmentation and cohort analysis to understand customer behavior.
• • Use SQL and analytical tools to extract and analyze data.
• • Support customer retention, acquisition, and growth initiatives.
• • Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
• • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data teams.
• • Monitor key customer metrics and investigate performance changes.
• • Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• • Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• • Understanding of customer analytics, KPIs, and data visualization.
• • Familiarity with Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
• • Strong communication and presentation skills.
• • Ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights clearly.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• • Recent Master’s graduates / 2026 graduates preferred.
• • Candidates with backgrounds in Data, Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
• • Candidates currently authorized to work in the U.S.
• • F-1 / OPT / STEM OPT candidates may be considered, subject to specific employer requirements.
