Role Description

  • • This role is the day to day reporting and dashboard resource for the function. It partners with marketing, brand, and club stakeholders to answer performance questions, maintain the reporting they rely on, and make campaign and channel data usable for decisions. It is the first point of contact when a stakeholder needs a number, a dashboard, or an explanation of what a number means.
  • The role also grows into the team's subject matter resource for our marketing attribution platform and for the AI tooling being adopted across the department. That means learning the platform deeply, documenting how we use it, supporting analysts and stakeholders, and driving adoption so the investment is used rather than shelved.
  • Key responsibilities
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting that marketing, brand, and club stakeholders rely on.
  • • Answer ad hoc reporting and data questions, including pulling, checking, and explaining campaign and channel performance.
  • • Maintain reporting accuracy and consistency, and flag data quality issues before they reach stakeholders.
  • Platform enablement and adoption
  • • Serve as the team resource for our marketing attribution platform: platform knowledge, documentation, and first line support for questions from analysts and stakeholders.
  • • Run enablement sessions and build documentation so the wider team can use the platform independently.
  • • Partner with the platform vendor and internal teams on configuration, new features, and issue resolution.
  • AI tooling and automation
  • • Support adoption of AI tooling across the team, testing agents and prompts built by the growth and AI group.
  • • Apply automation to recurring reporting work to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.
  • • Share what works and what does not, so the team applies these tools with judgment rather than by default.
  • Campaign measurement support
  • • Support campaign and channel measurement, including data quality checks and preparing results for readouts.
  • • Assist with test setup and reporting, including holdout and lift measurement as the team's testing program matures.
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • • Partner with marketing, brand, and data teams to support reporting, analysis, and optimization.
  • • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • • Contribute to improving how the team builds and delivers reporting.

Skills & Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • • Two or more years of experience in reporting, marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a related field.
  • • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reporting for business stakeholders.
  • • Experience working with marketing and web platform data, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or an email service provider.
  • • Understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement concepts.
  • • Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to explain a number to a non technical audience.
  • • Power BI or a comparable data visualization platform
  • • Excel and PowerPoint
  • • Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability and willingness to develop intermediate proficiency. Development support is provided.
  • • Familiarity with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake.
  • • Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts, including multi touch attribution.
  • • Exposure to incrementality testing, holdout design, or A/B testing methodology.
  • • Experience supporting platform rollouts, enablement, or documentation.
  • • Familiarity with AI tools or automation workflows used in analytics or reporting.
