About The Company

Our client is a dynamic investment firm focused on generating strong risk-adjusted returns through a range of fundamental and quantitative strategies. The firm manages capital across asset classes and geographies through rigorous research and risk management for its clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and compensation analysis to ensure pay structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Analyze internal compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement ensuring equity and consistency across the organization
  • Oversee the bonus pool modelling process and collaborate with finance and senior leadership to adjust models based on performance metrics and organizational needs
  • Manage the firm’s deferral program and ensure seamless administration of deferred compensation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for compensation-related inquiries and processes for the offshore HR team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements
  • Assist in automating compensation processes through Excel-based tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience within compensation analysis or a related field
  • Experience with market pricing, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking
  • Strong proficiency in Excel including modelling, data analysis, and advanced function

Salary Range

$150,000-$200,000
